Who operates Budget4

Budget4 is created and operated by Diego Riccardi (drikWeb). For privacy-related questions or requests, you can use the drikWeb contact page.

Simulation data

When you run a simulation, the values you enter—such as your goal amount, starting amount, income, expenses and optional financial events—are sent to the Budget4 backend only so the requested calculation can be performed.

The current Budget4 MVP does not persist those financial scenarios in an application database and does not require registration or a user profile.

Technical data and server logs

Like most websites, the infrastructure used to deliver Budget4 may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service. This can include IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser or device information, response status and similar diagnostic or security data.

Technical logs are not used by Budget4 to build an advertising profile. Their retention may depend on the hosting and infrastructure configuration used to run the service.

Cookies and local storage

Budget4 may use strictly necessary technical cookies or equivalent browser mechanisms required for security and core functionality, including protections associated with form submissions. The current MVP does not use advertising or profiling cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

Where personal data are processed, they are handled only for purposes such as providing the requested website functionality, maintaining technical reliability, preventing abuse and protecting the service. Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis is the provision of the functionality requested by the user and/or the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

Data sharing and transfers

Budget4 does not sell simulation data. Technical data may be processed by service providers that are necessary to host, deliver or secure the website. Any such processing remains limited to the purposes required to provide the service and is subject to the applicable data-protection rules and provider arrangements.

Your data-protection rights

Where the GDPR applies and the relevant conditions are met, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Because Budget4 does not create user accounts or persist financial scenarios in the current MVP, in some cases there may be no stored simulation record that can be linked back to you.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Budget4 changes its features, infrastructure or data-processing practices. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
